Visual storytelling is at the heart of what we do. We’re looking for a multi-disciplined designer to create stunning content that informs and inspires early users.

Facet is seeking a communications designer to join our multidisciplinary marketing team of designers, engineers, and AI experts. You’ll help identify the right storytelling mediums, collaborate with internal partners, and then, produce the story. That means creating mixed media content, including but not limited to: product tutorials with your technical input, product demos featuring images you’ve sourced, and motion graphics for the website.

This is a highly collaborative role where you will partner closely with Go-To-Market teams to give shape to projects that build awareness of the Facet brand and product benefits in engaging and novel ways. Your role will be essential in maintaining and evolving our brand guidelines and providing a critical eye to the level of detail, polish, craft, and consistency in our overall output. The ideal candidate for this role is self-motivated, medium-agnostic, willing to help out on any project, and is excited about learning and collaboration.

  • A strong design portfolio that showcases narrative development, range of artistic skills and creative potential; bonus if portfolio includes user education content.

  • 2+ years of professional creative design experience.

  • Standout visual sense and eye for typography, color, layout and composition.

  • Self-starter who can handle multiple projects with minimal oversight.

  • Ability to work collaboratively—articulating creative ideas to internal teams and delivering constructive feedback.

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and After Effects.

  • Particularly consider applying if you

  • Own visual content production projects through the entire design process

  • Create mixed-media projects for use across in-product surfaces, external marketing communications (email, website), creative community (Behance, social, blog), and more. The content will be used to drive user awareness, acquisition, education, and growth.

  • Produce projects using Facet, to demonstrate its wide capabilities.

  • Contribute to product development from the unique perspective of a Facet creative power user.

  • Work within our brand guidelines, but also help develop new brand elements.

  • Design for a wide range of projects while ensure consistency of the Facet brand across many surfaces including our website, social channels, and events

  • Collaborate with marketing, product design, and growth teams to concept campaigns, evergreen communications, and launch announcements that support new products and features.

  • Stay on top of new creative platforms and technologies that inform the competitive landscape.
