Using facet, I'm looking to expand on my abstract graphic project 'detritus' (https://iluminartist.myportfolio.com/detritus). Like most of my digital art revolves around the use of photoshop in order to execute a vision. Being not particularly efficient in the field of drawing I’ve learnt patience and how to maximise the adobe suite in order to achieve my results. Originally focused on the limits of the human ability to decipher images it has transformed into a showcase of abstracting concepts and ideas. An amalgamation of images, collections, resources and techniques gathered throughout completing other projects, I scour my archives of things I have found visually interesting during my work and study. It is here where I wish to integrate Facet. I wish to recolour and retexture these assets, taking elements from anything that interests me, so that each piece revolves around a theme in even more layers than I had available before.
