Open in Facet
Theatre designer and visual artist Elodie Chiper relied on quick masking in Facet to make selections for deeply involved editing. Facet works the way she thinks: “When I start editing an image, I usually start by selecting in my head and decomposing the image in parts.” This is exactly the way Facet processes images too, which helped Chiper jumpstart her editing upon uploading her photos (scanned and developed from 35mm film used in her Pentax K1000). When selections and masking are this easy, she could put her energy and time towards creativity: check out the detailed adjustments for color, light, and levels behind Chiper’s Sunday.
